About Me

For as long as I can remember, I have adored anything that required me to be creative. Whether it was elementary art classes where my love for art first started to soar, doodling in all of my notebooks instead of taking notes, or making special birthday cards for my friends, I have found comfort and joy in creating and sharing my art.
This year as I embarked upon my AP Art journey, I knew that it would be a challenge. I also knew that if I were to put so much work into my art, my pieces would have to reflect what I love, my friends and family. My sustained investigation this year was showcasing the people in my life who have helped my "bloom" through the use of symbolic figures, specifically flowers. All of my pieces contain a mix of materials which range from paper, cardboard, cork, and beads.
Next year I will attend Ursinus College where I will major in Media and Communication. I am looking forward to the next chapter of my life and as I look back at my years of art classes at Methacton, I am reminded of fond memories, influential people, and important lessons. I can't wait to put my creativity to use as I move on
